All elements making up this site (texts, structure, visual identity, logo, icons) are the exclusive property of ARETEK, unless otherwise stated. Any reproduction, representation, modification or distribution, in whole or in part, without the prior written authorisation of ARETEK is prohibited and would constitute an infringement under articles L.335-2 et seq. of the French Intellectual Property Code.
4. Personal data (GDPR)
In accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and the French Data Protection Act, you have rights over your personal data.
- Data collected: only the information entered in the quote request form (name, company, contact details, project description, optional attachment).
- Purpose: processing your quote request and managing the business relationship.
- Legal basis: pre-contractual measures taken at your request (Article 6.1.b GDPR).
- Recipients: ARETEK staff handling requests. Cloudflare provides site hosting and request storage; Resend transmits email notifications and attachments. Data is not sold to third parties for marketing.
- Retention period: 3 years from the last contact for prospects; the duration of the contractual relationship plus statutory limitation periods for clients.
- Your rights: access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability. To exercise them, write to contact@aretek.fr. You may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL (www.cnil.fr).
5. Cookies
This site includes no advertising or analytics trackers. Your language preference is stored locally in your browser. Fonts are hosted with the site; the Google Maps link opens an external service only when you choose to view it.
